Design and build the core loops — lessons, Cups, Forecasts, the streak machine. Figma in one hand, Unity / React Native in the other. We expect you've shipped at least one game whose retention curve you're proud of — and can talk about why.

Who we're looking for
- 10+ years shipping games / educational products. Have led the design AND the engineering on at least one substantial title.
- Comfortable across Figma, Unity / React Native, gameplay code, state machines, and live-ops.
- You can hold a meta-loop in your head (D1 / D7 / D30 retention, perceived progression, daily-active rituals) and tune it without breaking what you set out to build.
- Opinionated about feel. You can point at why a click sells or doesn't, and you fix it the same day.
What you'll ship
- Core lesson loop · Cups · Forecasts · streaks · the whole reward economy.
- The "minute one" of LB — onboarding, first lesson, the first time the streak fires.
- Live-ops scaffolding so we can A/B every reward and see it in the metrics.
- Working directly with the founders. You'll own product surfaces end-to-end and watch the dashboards.
