01 · The pitch

This isn’t a stealthy “future of finance” startup. Read this first.

Most fintech job posts won’t tell you what the company actually does, won’t share salary until offer stage, and run a five-round interview that includes a leetcode hour. We’re the opposite of that, on purpose. We only hire top of market, and we pay accordingly.

Sound Engineer · lead

Own every sound LB makes. Streak SFX, lesson-complete fanfares, the chunky 3D-button thump, ambient stage beds, the perfect-lesson sting. You’ll sit next to the designers and animators — sound is half the reward, not a polish pass at the end.

Game Designer / Game Developer

Design and build the core loops — lessons, Cups, Forecasts, the streak machine. You’re comfortable holding a Figma in one hand and a Unity / React Native scene in the other. We expect you’ve already shipped at least one game whose retention curve you’re proud of — and can talk about why it worked.

03 · How we work

The week, in five principles.

Async by default.

Written specs, Slack threads, Loom videos. Weekly 60-min team sync — that’s the only standing meeting on the calendar.

Ship every Wednesday.

The cadence is non-negotiable. If something isn’t ready it doesn’t ship — but the cadence doesn’t slip for it.

Written first.

Every project starts with a 1-pager. We argue in writing where possible. Saves time, kills bad ideas faster.

Real ownership.

Whoever picks up a problem owns it end-to-end: scope, design, ship, watch the metrics, fix the bugs at midnight if needed.

One studio, remote welcome.

Hørsholm studio for the people who want desk-life every day. Remote welcome for the rest — we fly you in two weeks a quarter so the team stays one team. Async by default the rest of the time.

The boring-but-important.

Salary
Top-of-market for your level & region. Bands above are real — we hire at the top of them for the right person. No negotiation theatre.
Equity
Meaningful slice, 4-year vest, 1-year cliff. Bands above by role. Early hires get materially more.
Remote & relocation
Remote welcome anywhere in EU / EU‑adjacent timezones. We pay relocation to Denmark if you want to come, or fly remote staff in for two weeks a quarter.
Workspace
€1,500 once for your desk peripherals — monitor, keyboard, headphones, whatever you need. Studio supplies the rest.
Paid leave
6 weeks paid + Danish public holidays. Plus a company-wide pause Dec 24 → Jan 2.
Learning budget
€1,500/year for books, courses, conferences. We trust your taste. No approval forms.
Health
Full Danish public health + private top-up via Dansk Sundhedssikring. Therapy fully covered. Equivalent stipend for remote staff outside DK.
Parental leave
16 weeks fully paid for any parent. Phased return-to-work, no questions.
Sabbatical
One paid month off after 3 years. Disconnect. We mean it.
